盐土胁迫对不同高丹草品种及亲本萌发的影响 被引量:3

摘要 采用盐土培养法,对4个高丹草品种及2个亲本材料进行了萌发期耐盐性评价。结果表明:盐胁迫明显抑制了种子的萌发;幼苗长度、根长、地上生物量、地下生物量和出苗率与材料的耐盐能力存在明显的相关性,可作为耐盐性评价指标;标准差系数赋予权重法考虑了不同指标的权重,能够较准确地进行综合评价;土培法盐胁迫环境与盐碱地实际情况比较接近,试验结果更加准确、可靠,实际应用效果较好;综合评价结果显示,冀草2号和冀草1号耐盐性较强,冀草3号和HG5B耐盐性中等,天农2号和S2006耐盐性较差。 The salt-tolerance of Sorghum bicolor×S.sudanense hybrids and 2 parents were evaluated through saline alkali soil culture at germination stage.The results indicated that the germination was inhibited significantly under salt stress.The seedling length,root length,aboveground biomass,underground biomass and emergence rate were apparently interrelated to salt tolerance,and they could be the evaluation index of salt tolerance.The salt tolerance was evaluated accurately by using the standard deviation coefficient added weight method.The salt stress environment under soil culture was close to the saline-alkali soil,so the results were more accurate and reliable.The salt tolerance of Jicao No.2 and Jicao No.1 was strong,that of Jicao No.3 and HG5B was moderate,and that of Tiannong No.2 and S2006 was poor.
