摘要
以莆田市生态导游为研究对象,利用问卷的方式对莆田市生态导游的薪酬现状进行调查分析,从薪酬管理角度指出了莆田市生态导游回扣问题形成的原因并提出了薪酬改进方案,希望能对解决莆田市生态导游回扣问题有所帮助。
The paper takes the eeo-tour guides in Putian as research subject and develops a question- naire about compensation to investigate the status quo of salary in Putian. On the basis of statistics and analysis of resul, the paper analyzes the causes of guide rebate from the standpoint of compensation management. In the end, the paper puts forward a program of compensation aiming at being helpful to solve the problem of guide rebate.
