浅议既有建筑的节能改造

On Existing Buildings' Energy-saving

在中国,要真正减少全社会的建筑能耗总量,加强既有建筑节能改造是必然的选择。叙述了既有建筑节能改造的意义,提出了既有建筑的节能改造方法和政策建议。

In China＇s total stock of existing buildings,majority of the constructions do not meet energy efficiency standards,the number and status of existing buildings still do not change much in a short period.Therefore,strengthen the existing building energy saving is an inevitable choice to really reduce total building energy consumption in the whole society.This paper discussed energy saving methods and policy recommendations of existing buildings.
