多种抗生素最小抑菌浓度测定药盒的临床应用及评价 被引量:3

摘要 首先在国内常规使用自行研制的多种抗生素最小抑菌浓度测定药盒对住院感染病人的致病菌随时进行检测,结果证明该方法简单易行,省时省力,尤适于临床感染重症病人抗生素的选择及应用。在检测的107株致病菌中,发现45株医院内感染及62株医院外感染菌中的革兰氏阴性杆菌(绿脓杆菌除外)对氨苄青霉素及庆大霉素的耐药较为严重,可能与这两种药物使用广泛有关。5株医院内感染金葡球菌中有2株耐苯唑青霉素(简称ORSA),其中1株对万古霉素耐药。全部医院内感染绿脓杆菌耐妥布拉霉素。医院外感染金葡球菌及绿脓杆菌则分别对苯唑青霉素和妥布拉霉素极度敏感,说明金葡球菌和绿脓杆菌对苯唑青霉素和妥布拉霉素耐药性的获得可能是在医院内发生的。耐万古霉素ORSA的出现,使得ORSA感染的治疗更加困难,值得引起重视。 The MIC assay kit of antibiotics made by us first used in clinics in our country. The procedure is very simple and it takes a short time to operate. It is especially suitable for patients suffering from serious infection in hospitals.Most gram-negative enteric organism in 45 HAI strains and 62 CAI strains are resistant to Ampicillin and Gentamicin. It may be related to using above two antibiotics frequently.In this study, two strains of five S. aurevs of HAI are resistant to Oxacillin, one strain of the two ORSA(Oxacillin resistant S. aureus) is resistant to Vancomycin. All P. aeruginosa of HAI are resistant to Tobramycin. All S. aureus of CAI are highly sensitive to Oxacillin and all P. aeruginosa of CAI are highly sensitive to Tobramycin. The results show that S. aureus resistant to Oxacillin and P. aeruginosa resistant to Tobramycin may be occured in Hospital. It is hard that ORSA resistant to Vancomycin is cured.
