摘要
以人工培育的北冬虫夏草为原料,清香型白酒为酒基,采用酒浸提方法,利用L9(34)正交实验,确定浸出物多糖浸出的最佳工艺。再以浸提液、蜂蜜、纯净水配制成保健酒。实验得到了北冬虫夏草浸提最佳工艺条件为:酒基浓度55%vol,浸提时间30d,浸提温度25℃。
With artificial cultivation of cordyceps sinensis north as raw materials,clear for wine and liquor flavor types,the wine soaks raises method,.Use then L9(34) orthogonal experiment,to determine the best polysaccharide extracting substances leaching process.Then soaks raises liquid,honey,pure water made into health wine.Results were in north cordyceps soaks raises best technological conditions for:,wine and concentration 55%vol,soaks raises time 30 days,temperature 25℃ soaksraises.
