摘要
实验用亚硫酸钠降低啤酒中乙醛含量,控制主发酵期发酵罐压及不同酵母添加量对比啤酒乙醛值。
Experiments of reduction of the acetaldehyde content in beer with sodium sulfite,controlling the tank pressure during main fermentation,and the addition of different dosage of yeast were carried out to compare the changes of beer acetaldehyde values.
