摘要
主要针对电务管辖跨度过大,不利于生产组织的实际,积极推进以集中维修为主要形式的电务维修体制改革模式,以缓解工休矛盾突出问题。
The management span of CS is too wide and not conducive to actual production organization.So,it is proposed that centralized maintenance should be adopted as one major measure in the reform of CS maintenance system in order to relieve the confliction between working and resting.
