摘要
针对分层缺陷的扩展,从动力学角度,通过对设备进行模态分析,试图找到分层缺陷扩展的原因。使用有限元技术,对设备进行的模态计算分析,得到设备前15阶固有频率及其振型。结合设备所受工作载荷的工作频率分析可知,设备分层缺陷的扩展很有可能由于工作载荷频率和固有频率之间存在这种强非线性倍频关系导致。
Armed at lamination defect expansion in the ellipsoidal beads, the expansion cause is to be studied by the modal analysis method at the point of dynamics. The modal analysis is done by the finite element technology, and the total 15 natural frequency and its mode shape are got. Combined with the equipment natural frequency and load frequency, its relation is analyzed, and a conclusion is that the probability of the lamination defect expansion is due to the frequency multiplication relation because of the strong non-linearity.
