摘要
介绍了东方汽轮机有限责任公司生产的NZK660-24.2MPa/566℃/566℃型超临界汽轮机,在首次带负荷试运期间出现的#2轴承金属温度偏高的问题,并对其进行了定性的分析,指出配汽不合理是导致#2轴承金属温度偏高的主要原因,通过优化机组配汽方式,有效地解决了#2轴承金属温度偏高的问题。
It introduces the high temperature problem of # 2 bearing from supercritical steam turbine during the first trial run, The turbine type is NZK660-24.2MPa/566℃/566℃ made by Dongfang Steam Turbine Co., Ltd. A qualitative analysis is made and point the main reason of the high temperature problem is unreasonable steam distribution. By optimizing the unit steam distribution, effectively solve the problem of high bearing metal temperature.
