武汉地区2008～2010年大环内酯类抗菌药应用分析

Analysis of the Consumption of Macrolides in Wuhan Area During the Period of 2008-2010

目的:研究大环内酯类药在武汉地区的应用情况和发展趋势。方法:采用世界卫生组织推荐的限定日剂量为指标,对武汉地区2008～2010年大环内酯类药用药数据进行统计分析。结果:2008～2010年大环内酯类药销售金额呈现一定程度的增长,阿奇霉素和克拉霉素等第二代大环内酯类抗菌药应用最为广泛。除克拉霉素外,其他药物近3年来在武汉地区的应用情况波动较小。结论:大环内酯类抗菌药物近3年来武汉市场相对稳定。

Objective：To investigate the status of the consumption and the developmental tendency of macrolides in Wuhan area.Methods：The relative data of macrolides used in 33 hospitals of Wuhan area during the period of 2008- 2010 were statistically analyzed with the analytical method of the Defined Daily Dose（DDD） recommended by WHO.Results： The consumption sum of macrolides increased slowly.Azithromycin and clarithromycin were most widely used during the three years.The application trend of the macrolide antibiotics was stable except clarithromycin.Conclusion：The market of macrolide antibiaotics was stabilized.
