我院住院患儿用药状况调查

Investigation of Drug Use in Pediatrics in Our Hospital

目的:调查住院患儿的用药情况,分析合理性。方法:抽取我院2010年6月～2011年6月住院患儿病历,每月30份,对用药情况进行统计分析。结果:抗菌药使用率为88.9%,合格处方比例为65.6%;糖皮质激素使用率为58.6%,合格处方比例为77.7%;解热镇痛药使用率为10.8%,合格处方比例为79.5%;抗病毒药使用率为72.2%。结论:我院儿童用药存在许多不合理之处,为促进儿童合理用药,应及早建立儿童用药指导体系,规范化用药。

Objective：Investigate the drug use in pediatrics in our hospital,and analyze drug rational usage. Methods：Review the medical charts of the hospitalized children medical record in our hospital from June 2010 to June 2011,30 copies per month.Then a comprehensive statistics about the status of medication was conducted.Results：The antibiotic utilization rate was 88.9%with the qualified rate 65.6%.Glucocorticoid utilization rate was 58.6%with the qualified rate 77.7%.Antipyretic：analgesic utilization rate was 10.8%with the qualified rate 19.5%.Antiviral drug utilization rate was 72.2%.Conclusion：There were cases of unreasonable medication in pediatrics.Medication therapeutic guideline in pediatric patients need to be established as soon as possible,in order to promote rational drug use and programme drugs administration on children.
