摘要
对注塑模具结构进行了合理简化,建立了其受力分析模型.通过将注塑成型CAE分析获得的制品表面的压力场结果与模具型芯、型腔表面网格单元进行合理匹配,完成了模具型腔载荷的准确加载.在注塑模CAD/CAE(计算机辅助设计/计算机辅助工程)集成系统中实现了模具结构分析,避免了不同分析系统之间的模型转换.利用该方法对实验方盒模具的变形进行了分析,通过实验对比证明了该受力分析模型的合理性以及模拟方法的有效性.
A structural analysis model of injection mould was established based on the simplified mechanical model,and the pressure analysis result of the product was imported as the mould cavity load by matching mesh.Based on these studies,the mould structural analysis was carried out in the CAD/CAE(computer aided design/computer aided engineering) integrated system which avoided the model transformation between different analysis software.By comparing the deformation simulation results of the box injection mould with the experiments,the analysis model is proved to be reasonable and the method is proved to be effective.
