介绍了水溶性底胶的定义、性能,采用水溶性底胶生产PVDC涂敷薄膜时烘干和冷却步骤的注意事项,国内外水溶性底胶性能现状;比较了采用水溶性底胶或溶剂性底胶生产的PVDC涂敷薄膜的性能;展望了水溶性底胶在PVDC涂敷薄膜生产中的应用前景。
The definition and properties of water-soluble primers, matters needing attention in dry step and cooling step in manufacturing of PVDC coating films using water-soluble primers as raw materials, and the worldwide present situation of properties of water-soluble primers are intro- duced. The properties of PVDC coating films manufactured from water-soluble primers and those from oil-soluble primers are compared. The application prospects of water-soluble primers to manu- facturing PVDC coating films are predicted.
