该文论述杭州市十字港河整治总体设计,体现市区河道整治与以往水利河道整治的区别,强调环境综合保护治理,探索河道经营路线实现以河养河的路径。
The article discusses the overall design of treating Hangzhou Shizigang River,distinguishes the treatment of rivers in city area from the treatment of irrigational rivers in the past,emphasizes the comprehensive environmental protection and treatment,also explores the way of river management to realize the river supported by itself.
