摘要
吊装拼装是钢箱梁施工中的关键环节,以上海中环线申江路立交钢箱梁为例,分析了在场地条件和施工条件受限时,钢箱梁分段的划分、临时支墩设置、中央分段和侧边翅膀分段的定位和安装,以及不同分段搭载时的施工控制要点,并通过增设副吊点,改变主副吊点受力大小,解决吊装时产生的挠度变形差异,可为同类工程提供借鉴。
The hoisting assembly is the key link in construction of steel box girder.This paper analyzes the division of steel box girder section,the setting of temporary pier,the orientation and installation of central section and side-wing section,and the construction control gist during the erection of the different sections when the field condition and construction condition are limited by taking the steel box girder of Shenjiang Road Grade Separation in Middle Ring Line of Shanghai as an example.The paper puts forward that the adding of auxiliary lifting point can change the stresses of the main and auxiliary lifting points and solve the deflection deformation difference caused during hoisting,which can be referred for the similar projects.
