摘要
通过Superpave旋转压实法与马歇尔击实法分别制作温、热拌沥青混合料试件,分析温拌和热拌混合料的指标参数变化以及变化机理。试验结果表明:温、热拌沥青混合料的体积参数以及冻融劈裂强度等都有变化,其中温拌沥青混合料指标变化幅度要明显大于普通热拌沥青混合料。这说明前者比后者具有更好的可压实性,更适合揉搓方式进行压实。实际工程碾压时,适当地增加胶轮碾压,在碾压工艺中的比例会达到更好的压实效果。
The article analyzes the index parameter variety and the variety mechanism of the warm-mixed and hot-mixed asphalt mixtures by the superpave rotary compaction method and Marshall Compaction Method to produce the test pieces of warm-mixed and hot-mixed asphalt mixtures.The results show that there are changes in the volume parameters and freeze thaw splitting strengths of warm-mixed and hot-mixed asphalt mixtures,in which the index changing extent is obviously larger than the common hot-mixed asphalt mixture.The above shows that the former has better compactibility than the latter,and the former is more suitable for kneading manner to compact.It is properly to increase the rubber tire rolling in the actual engineering rolling.The proportion will achieve the better compaction effect in the rolling technology.
