日本银行业对外开放的效应及启示

On the Effect and Enlightenment of Opening-up of Japanese Banking

日本银行业经历的"道奇计划"、"金融自由化"、"金融大爆炸"和"金融再生计划",表明其对外开放进程的特殊性。通过对此进行深入研究,旨在体现开放背景下银行与经济的对应关系,以及它在同类研究中的重要地位。从日本银行业对外开放所历经的如上四个阶段与经济发展的关系入手,通过比较论证的方法逐步展开,可显示出日本经济与银行业对外开放的相辅相成,为今后日本银行业的对外开放和经济的平稳快速发展奠定基础。更重要的是,基于日本银行业对外开放效应的研究,可使中国银行业对外开放的全面推进得到诸多启示。

The ＂Dodge Plan＂,＂Financial Liberalization＂,＂Financial Bomb＂,and ＂Financial Renew Plan＂ experienced by Japanese banking are turned to be the particularity of the evolution of opening-up.By making a deep analysis,it is the goal to present a corresponding relationship between banking and economy under the background of opening-up and its important position in the research of same kind.In this paper,by introducing the relationship among the four stages during the process of opening-up and economic development,with the method of comparative argument,we can find that the relationship of economy and banking in Japan is complementary,and provide a basis for the opening-up of banking and also a steady and rapid development of economy in Japan.The research based on opening-up effect of Japanese banking is the most important,which can provide enlightenment for an overall promotion of opening-up of Chinese banking.
