柚皮苷对四氧嘧啶致糖尿病小鼠的降糖与抗氧化作用 被引量:13

摘要 目的:观察柚皮苷对四氧嘧啶致糖尿病小鼠血糖的调节作用以及对体内SOD和MDA水平的影响。方法:小鼠腹腔注射四氧嘧啶造成糖尿病模型,成模小鼠按照血糖值随机分为正常对照组,糖尿病模型组,格列苯脲组,柚皮苷大剂量组(400mg·kg^(-1))和柚皮苷小剂量组(200 mg·kg^(-1))。小鼠灌胃柚皮苷15 d,最后一次给药2h后眼球取血,测定血糖值。测定血清和肝脏中SOD和MDA的含量。结果:与糖尿病模型组相比,给予柚皮苷的两组小鼠,血糖值均显著降低,T-SOD活力显著升高,MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:柚皮苷能够降低糖尿病小鼠的血糖,提高其抗氧化能力。 Objective:To observe the effect of naringin on blood glucose level,activity of SOD and content of MDA in diabetic mice induced by alloxan.Method;The animal diabetic model was established by injecting alloxan into mice abdominal cavity.The mice were divided into five groups,namely normal control group,diabetic model group,glybenclamide group,naringin groupⅠ(400 mg·kg^(-1) ) and naringin groupⅡ(200 mg·kg^(-1) ).Blood glucose level was determined with blood glucose kit 15 days after the administration. The activity of SOD and concentration of MDA in serum and liver were also determined.Result:Compared with the diabetic model group,the blood glucose level of the naringin groupⅠand naringin groupⅡwas significantly decreased.The activity of TSOD in serum and liver was significantly increased,while the concentration of MDA was notably decreased.Conclusion:Naringin can significantly decrease blood glucose level and improve the antioxidant activity in diabetic mice,suggesting it is a potential hypoglycemic agent.
