滋肾生精合剂提取工艺考察

Study on Extraction Process of Zishen Shengjing Mixtures

目的:优选滋肾生精合剂的提取工艺。方法:以黄芪甲苷为考察指标,用高效液相法进行含量测定;采用正交试验法对浸泡时间、煎煮时间、加水量和煎煮次数4因素进行优选。结果:以加水量为20倍、煎煮时间为60 min、煎煮次数为2次、浸泡15 min为最佳。结论:本试验设计科学,所得的方法可行,试验结果可靠。方法简单,适合滋肾生精合剂的生产。

Objective：To optimize the extraction process of Zishen Shengjin mixtures.Method：AstragalosideⅣdetermined by HPLC as the index,the extraction process was optimized by orthogonal design with the soaking time,decocting time,amount of added water and decoction times as the influence factors.Result：The optimum conditions were as follows：adding twenty times water,decocting two times,1 hour each time with soaking time of 15 min.Conclusion：The process is scientific and the experimental results are reliable.The method is simple and suitable for the production of Zishen Shengjing mixtures.
