HPLC法测定跌打片中人参皂苷Rg_1和人参皂苷Rb_1的含量

Determination of Ginsenoside Rg,and Ginsenoside Rb,in Dieda Tablets by HPLC

目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定跌打片中人参皂苷Rg★和人参皂苷Rb★的含量测定方法。方法:采用Luna C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);柱温:35℃;流动相为乙腈-水,梯度洗脱;流速1.0 ml·min^(-1);检测波长203 nm。结果:人参皂苷Rg★线性范围为0.340～5.094μg(r=1.000 0),人参皂苷Rb★线性范围为0.303～0.454μg(r=1.000 0);平均加样回收率:人参皂苷Rg_1★为97.17%,RSD=1.09%(n=6),人参皂苷Rb★为102.63%,RSD=1.18%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便可靠,可用于跌打片的质量控制。

Objective：To establish a method for the determination of ginsenoside Rg,and ginsenoside Rb,in Dieda tablets by HPLC.Method：The HPLC analysis was performed on a Luna C_（l8） column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,the mobile phase was acetonitrile -water with gradient elution and the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^（-1）.The detection wavelength was 203 nm and the column temperature was 30℃.Result：The linear range of ginsenoside Rg_1 and ginsenoside Rb_1 was 0.340-5.094μg（r = 1.000 0） and 0.303- 0.454μg（r = 1.000 0）,respectively.The average recovery was 97.17%with RSD of 1.09%（n = 6） for ginsenoside Rg_1 and 102.63%with RSD of 1.18%（n =6） for ginsenoside Rb_1.Conclusion：The method is convenient,accurate,and suitable for the quality control of Dieda tablets.
