摘要
目的了解妇女宫颈感染HPV现状,为早期防治宫颈癌提供科学依据。方法采用美国ABI7500PCR扩增仪检测妇女人类乳头瘤病毒;TCT检查采用TBS分级系统进行细胞学诊断,并进行统计分析。结果检测HPV-DNA标本3 182份,阳性308份,阳性率9.68%,其中253份标本进行TCT细胞学检测,异常者71份,占28.06%,其中不典型鳞状细胞32份,占45.07%,鳞状上皮轻度病变28份,占39.44%,鳞状上皮高度病变11份,占15.49%。结论高危型HPV-DNA定量检测可为妇女宫颈癌的早期诊断及治疗提供科学依据。
Objective To understand females cervix HPV infection status and provide scientific basis for early prevention and cure cervical cancer.Method Inspecting feminine HPV by American AVI7500PCR amplification instrument,using TBS classification system to cytologic diagnosis and the results carry out statistical analysis.Results There were 308 positive HPV samples among 3 182 samples,the positive ratio was 9.68%.Total of 253 samples developed TCT cytologic inspection,the results showed that,71 were abnormal samples,the ratio was 28.06%,32(45.07%) samples were atypical squamous cell,28 samples were squamous epithelium cell mild lesions,it accounted for 39.44% and 11 samples were high-grade lesions,the ratio was 15.49%.Conclusions High-risk HPV-DNA quantitative detection can provide scientific basis for early diagnosis and treatment cervical cancer.
