摘要
中国铁路正在对客票发售和预定系统(简称客票系统)进行升级改造,以实现实名制购票、网上订票、电话订票和非现金支付。为充分发挥客票系统升级改造的效能,本文对客票票制进行了优化探讨,建议铁路客票采用"二代身份证+报销凭据"模式。通过对车站客票系统前端设备优化探讨,指出大、中型车站前端设备数量可以适当减少,车站售票机宜按功能需求划分为3种类型,以降低客票系统前端设备造价。简要效益分析表明,对大、中型车站客票系统前端设备优化可以带来可观的经济效益。
China's Railway Ticketing and Reservation System(TRS) was being upgraded in order to achieve real-name ticketing,online booking,telephone booking and non-cash payments.To maximize the effectiveness of TRS upgrade,the paper discussed the optimization of ticket forms,and proposed that the railway tickets should be applied "second-generation ID card add voucher" mode.Through the discussion to the optimization of station front-end equipments of TRS,pointed out that the number of front-end equipments at large and medium-sized stations should be reduced,and that the ticket vending machines at the station should be divided into three types of functional requirements,to reduce the front-end equipments cost of TRS.Brief benefit analysis showed that optimized front-end equipment could bring considerable economic benefits for TRS of large and medium-sized station.
