摘要
结合江苏电网火电运行环境和调度业务特性两方面需求,研究中长期机组组合问题。以安全约束机组组合(SCUC)技术为基础,通过时段简化、电力电量解耦,建立了以电量进度偏差最小为目标的中长期机组组合模型。理论与实例分析表明,模型解决了中长期机组组合所关注的主要问题,是一种有效、实用的算法模型。
Considering of the requirements of thermal generating environment and scheduling features in Jiangsu power grid, medium- and long-term unit commitment was studied. Based on security constrained unit commitment (SCUC) technology, a medium- and long-term unit commitment model with minimum energy deviation as the objective was established, that was achieved by period simplification and power-energy decoupling. Theory analysis and case study show that this model is an effective and practical algorithm model, which can solve the main problem of medium- and long-term unit commitment.
