Rhupus综合征严重坏死性小血管炎一例 被引量：1

摘要 患者：女，47岁，因关节肿痛13年，皮肤溃烂3个月，颜面及双下肢浮肿伴尿少1个月入院。患者1996年出现四肢小关节肿痛，诊断为类风湿关节炎（rheumatoid arthritis，RA），一直未系统治疗。体格检查：耳后多个大小不等的深溃疡，有较多脓性及血性渗出物。全身多关节肿胀变形，掌指关节尺侧偏斜，活动受限，趾关节向外侧偏移。
