原发性小血管炎肾损害30例临床及病理分析 被引量：1

摘要 原发性小血管炎是一组原因不明的主要损害中小血管的疾病，常见的有过敏性血管炎及肉芽肿综合征、显微镜下多动脉炎和韦格纳肉芽肿等11]。大部分原发性小血管炎患者免疫学检查发现抗中性粒细胞胞浆抗体（antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody, ANCA）阳性。
