“兄长式”而非“家长制”:基于文化视角的当代中国企业领导模式研究 被引量:11

No Paternalism but Fraternalism: A Culture-based Study on Contemporary Chinese Business Leadership

摘要 领导模式的有效性受到社会文化的深远影响,并且领导者的行为也会随着社会文化的变迁而不断变化。改革开放以来,独生子女政策、西方意识形态、"痞子文学"和网络广泛应用这四方面重要因素对于社会中的中华传统文化形成了强有力的冲击,改变了中国社会的文化土壤,促使企业领导人表现出比"家长制"更为平等的"兄长式"领导模式,初步总结出"兄长式"领导的四个维度:强调个人魅力,全方位影响;强调共同愿景,激发凝聚下属;强调互惠性的社会交换,重视满足多维度需求;强调公德,放宽私德。 The effectiveness of the leadership is deeply affected by the social culture,and the behaviors of the business leaders will also change from time to time as the evolution of the social culture.Four aspects including the one-child policy,the western ideology,the Pizi(riffraff) Literature and the widely used Internet have brought great impacts on the traditional Chinese culture,along with China's reform and opening-up progress.With the change of the social culture,business leaders have begun to show their fraternalistic leadership,which addresses more emphasis on the equality between leaders and subordinates than the paternalistic leadership.Four preliminary perspectives are summarized: leader's personal charisma and overall influence on subordinates are highly recognized;common vision is highly emphasized to encourage subordinates;reciprocal social exchange is highly appreciated to meet the multi-dimensional needs of subordinates;social morality is highly respected instead of private morality.
