摘要
为了提高三相电流型晶闸管相控整流器的动态特性,提出一种新型电流峰值控制方法.利用交流电压周期性的伏秒积分变化控制晶闸管触发角,实现对直流侧电感电流的峰值控制.针对实际存在的问题对控制方法进行改进,消除交流侧漏感造成的触发误动作,设计采样偏置自调整方法消除采样偏置电压漂移所造成的误差.由于控制方法本身的积分滤波特性,并且不依赖于交流电压相位锁相环,在网侧电能质量恶劣的情况下仍然能够保证晶闸管正确地触发换相.仿真和实验验证表明,与传统控制方法相比,晶闸管整流器的电流动态响应特性大大提高,即使在谐波干扰的情况下仍然能够稳定工作,具有很好的鲁棒性.
A novel current peak control method is proposed to improve the current tracking dynamics of phase-controlled rectifiers.The controller controls the peak current on the DC-side inductor by triggering thyristors based on the periodical voltage-second integration.The control method was modified to eliminate triggering error caused by leakage inductance,and the AC voltage bias self-tuning was used to minimize the drifting sampling error.The tolerance to grid harmonic pollution was enhanced owing to the integration algorithm of AC voltage and the elimination of the sensitive phase lock loop.The controller shows good current tracking capability compared with traditional PI controller.The consistency of simulation and experimental results verifies the correctness and the reliability of the rectifier controller.
