闪速炼铜余热锅炉辐射室流场温度场数值模拟 被引量:9

Numerical simulation of flow and temperature fields in the radiation chamber of a waste-heat boiler for copper flash smelting

摘要 针对某大型闪速炼铜炉余热锅炉,提出采用计算流体动力学(CFD)技术模拟锅炉辐射室内流场和温度场的模型和方法.模型中考虑湍流计算、化学组分扩散计算以及传热计算.通过对初始方案和若干调整方案模拟结果的比较分析,掌握在辐射室中部布置挡板,并在辐射室入口处喷入硫酸盐化风时的辐射室流场及温度场总体分布规律.结果表明:辐射室挡板对于高温烟气扩散并充满整个辐射室至关重要,位置和尺寸对流场及温度场的整体形态具有决定性影响;盐化风应喷入到高温烟气的前冲途径上,以有效打散高温烟气团,降低烟气的前冲动能. According to a large waste-heat boiler for cooper flash smelting,the method and model for simulating the flow and temperature fields in the radiation chamber of boiler were proposed based on CFD technology.Turbulence flow,diffusion of chemical components,and heat transfer were considered in the simulation model.By comparing the original design scheme and some readjustment design schemes,the general distribution rules of the flow and temperature fields in the radiation chamber were generated while a baffle-board was installed in the middle part of the chamber was obtained,as well as the air for sulfation was injected into the entrance of the chamber.The results indicated that the baffle-board was essential for gas diffusion in the chamber in view of its position and size were critical for the main pattern of the flow and temperature fields;the air for sulfation should be injected into the path of the hot gas flow in order to break it up,and to reduce its forward kinetic energy.
