摘要 辽河石化分公司800 kt/a重油催化裂化装置的主分馏塔因结盐严重影响了装置平稳操作和产品合格率。主要表现在分馏塔的压力降明显上升、气压机波动、中段抽出温度下降、顶循环量被迫上升和柴油冷后温度上升等方面。纳尔科环保技术公司(纳尔科公司)在对垢样和结盐机理进行分析的基础上,提出了在线清除盐垢的解决方案。方案实施过程中对催化裂化产品质量、操作的平稳性没有影响。方案实施后产品合格率明显上升,操作条件得到了明显改善,分馏塔压力降由0.059 MPa降至0.042 MPa,产品质量合格率由97.5%上升至99.0%,达到了预期效果。同时避免了水洗方案带来的操作安全风险和腐蚀风险。由于提高了处理能力、降低了能耗并提高了产品质量和合格率,经济效益也得到了明显提高。 The FCC main fractionator in PetroChina Liaohe Petrochemical Company experienced serious salt fouling , which affected the normal unit operation and production of onspecification products. The main results of the impacts were the obvious rise of pressure drop of main fractionator, abnormal operation of gas compressor, temperature reduction of pumparound, of cooled diesel. Based upon the analysis of fouling increase of overhead circulation rate and temperature rise samples and salt deposition mechanisms as well as specific conditions of the process unit, programs to solve the salt fouling problems were recommended by Nalco (China) Environmental Protection Technology Company, which had no impact on product quality and operation of downstream units. After implementation of these programs, the product quality and operation stability of FCC unit have been ensured, the operation safety risk and corrosion risk of water wash have been avoided, and unit capacity has been increased, the unit energy consumption has been reduced, the on-specification products have been increased and economic benefits have been markedly improved.
