摘要 中国石油化工股份有限公司茂名分公司30 dam3/h干气提浓装置于2009年12月建成投产,以炼油厂催化裂化干气和焦化干气为原料,采用国内先进、成熟的变压吸附组合净化技术,分离出的气体中富含C2及其以上组分,气体流量为8~11 t/h。通过将炼油厂常减压蒸馏装置初、常顶燃料气、加氢裂化装置脱丁烷塔顶气体、连续重整预加氢汽提塔顶气体等含有较多C2和C3组分的气体脱除C3以上组分及H2S后,净化后的干气送至干气提浓装置作为原料回收C2和C3组分,拓宽了原料来源。此外通过降低催化裂化干气中的氢气含量、优化调整吸附压力、时间、产品气中的甲烷含量来提高C2及其以上组分的回收率,优化装置的操作参数,提高了富乙烯气产量,发挥出装置的综合效能。 The 30 000 m3/h dry gas purification ethylene plant of Sinopec Maoming Company was com pleted and put into operation in December, 2009. The plant utilizes refinery FCC dry gas and delayed coker dry gas as feedstock to produce 8 11 t/h of gas rich in C2 & C2 component by using the advanced proven PSA purification technology. The feedstock gas source is expanded when the primary fractionator' s overhead gas, atmospheric tower overhead gas, overhead gas of debutanizer of hydrocraeking unit and overhead gas from stripper of CCR feed hydrotreater which contain Cz and C3 components are removed of Ca+ and H2S and sent to dry gas purification unit. In addition, the yield of ethylenerich gas is improved by reducing H2 content in FCC dry gas, optimizing absorbent pressure and time and product gas methane content, improving the recovery rate C2 &C2 component and optimizing unit operation parameters. Valuable experience has been accumulated in recovery of refinery gas and comprehensive utilization of resources.
