PPH治疗环状痔的诊治体会

目的:探讨PPH在治疗环状痔及环状混合痔的临床疗效。环状痔在临床上较为常见,传统手术治疗,患者痛苦大,恢复时间长,并发症多。方法:采用PPH治疗30例环状痔及重度混合痔。结果:患者平均手术时间30分,术后平均住院5天。术后患者疼痛症状轻微,仅有5例患者使用口服止痛药物,患者内痔完全回缩入肛门内,无便血,无肛门狭窄,无出血。肛门外观创面小,平整光滑。结论:PPH治疗环状痔及重度混合痔住院时间短,恢复快,效果满意。

Mehtods ： Our hospital with PPH and 30 patients with severe mixed ring hemorrhoids hemorrhoids. Resuits ： That the average operation time was 30 minutes, mean postoperative hospital stay 5 days. Postoperative pain in patients with mild symptoms, only 5 patients with oral pain medications, patients with internal hemorrhoids completely retracted into the anus,no blood in the stool, no anal stenosis, no bleeding. Conclusion： The results show that：PPH treatment of circumferential hem- orrhoids and mixed hemorrhoids severe short hospital stay and faster recovery, resuks were satisfactory.
