急性结石性胆囊炎合并糖尿病的手术治疗

目的:总结急性结石性胆囊炎合并糖尿病的手术治疗体会。方法:对38例手术治疗的合并糖尿病的急性结石性胆囊炎进行回顾性分析。结果:38例均行手术治疗,术后发生切口感染2例,切口裂开1例,肺部感染1例,尿路感染2例,无酮症酸中毒和高渗非酮症性昏迷,无手术死亡。结论:通过围手术期控制血糖,合并糖尿病的急性结石性胆囊炎手术治疗效果是满意的。

Objective： To summarize efficacy of operation treatment of the acute calculous cholecystitis complicated with diabetes mellitus. Methods： 38 cases of operation treat- ment of acute calculus cholecystitis compli- cated with diabetes mellitus were retrospectively analyzed. Results ：38 cases were trea- ted with surgical operation, the incidence of postoperative are incision infection in 2 ca- ses, disruption of incision in 1 cases, 1 cases of pulmonary infection, urinary tract infec- tion in 2 cases ,without ketoacidosis and hyperosmolar nonketotic coma, no operation death. Conclusion ： Through glycemic control during the peri operation period, efficacy of operation treatment of the acute calculous cholecystitis complicated with diabetes mellitus is satisfactory.
