经皮椎体成形治疗胸腰椎转移肿瘤疼痛临床观察

目的:观察经皮椎体成形术治疗胸腰椎移性肿瘤疼痛效果及并发症,评价晚期癌症疼痛治疗中的价值。方法:对收治的胸腰椎转移性肿瘤患者31例45个椎体行经皮椎体成形术,观察术后疼痛缓解情况及并发症,疼痛缓解时间。结果:术后1周疼痛均能缓解,完全缓解26个;3个月随访完全缓解20个。所有椎体均1次穿刺成功,出现渗漏10椎体,未发生椎管内渗漏。结论:经皮椎体形成术治疗胸腰椎转移肿瘤疼痛的治疗疗效确切,严重并发症少,是一种微创、迅速、明显、长期的晚期癌症疼痛治疗方法。
