经皮椎体成形治疗胸腰椎转移肿瘤疼痛临床观察

摘要 目的:观察经皮椎体成形术治疗胸腰椎移性肿瘤疼痛效果及并发症,评价晚期癌症疼痛治疗中的价值。方法:对收治的胸腰椎转移性肿瘤患者31例45个椎体行经皮椎体成形术,观察术后疼痛缓解情况及并发症,疼痛缓解时间。结果:术后1周疼痛均能缓解,完全缓解26个;3个月随访完全缓解20个。所有椎体均1次穿刺成功,出现渗漏10椎体,未发生椎管内渗漏。结论:经皮椎体形成术治疗胸腰椎转移肿瘤疼痛的治疗疗效确切,严重并发症少,是一种微创、迅速、明显、长期的晚期癌症疼痛治疗方法。 Objective:to observe the skin vertebral angioplasty treatment of thoracolumbar move sex tumour pain effect and complications,late in the therapy of cancer pain evaluation value. Methods : in our of thoracic and lumbar vertebrae were metastatic tumor patient 31 cases were 45 vertebral body through the skin vertebral angioplasty, observation postoperative pain relief and complications, pain relief time. Results : after one week all can alleviate pain, completely ease 26;3 months follow -up complete response 20. All the procedure was successful verte- bral body piercing, appear leakage 10 vertebral, did not happen in the spinal canal seepage. Conclusion:the vertebral body form skin surgical treatment of thoracic and lumbar vertebrae tumors that have spread to the pain the curative effect exactly, less serious complications, is a minimally invasive, rapid, obviously, long - term advanced cancer pain treatment method, it is worth in clinical promotion.
