纤维支气管镜在口腔颌面多发骨折手术时经鼻气管插管中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨纤维支气管镜在创伤骨折颌面外科手术困难气道处理中的应用价值,为患者提供一种快速、安全、有效建立人工气道的方法。方法:对30例口腔颌面多发骨折存在气管插管困难的患者选择经纤维支气管镜引导下气管插管的方法和结果进行回顾性分析。结果30例患者均一次性获得成功,其中25例为清醒表面麻醉,5例为静脉快速诱导,均30秒~3分钟,平均1分钟,全部无明显并发症。结论:对预测存在困难气管插管的患者,应用纤维支气管镜引导气管插管,能提高气管插管的成功率,减少并发症。
