多普勒超声引导下置管溶栓治疗急性下肢深静脉血栓的价值

目的:探讨多普勒超声引导下置管溶栓治疗急性下肢深静脉血栓的临床应用价值。方法:回顾多普勒超声引导下放置溶栓导管治疗急性下肢深静脉血栓患者21例,分析临床症状恢复情况、静脉通畅评分及溶栓前后通畅率。结果:21例手术均顺利完成,疗效显著。术后随访6个月,均无严重并发症。结论:彩色多普勒超声引导下置管溶栓治疗急性下肢深静脉血栓作为一种新的微创技术,具有近期疗效好、无放射性损害、价格低廉等优点。

Objective： Explore doppler ultra- sound guidance for tube fibrinolytic therapy acute lower limb deep vein thrombosis value of clinical application. Methods：Our review in 2008 -2011 years on 10 march doppler ultrasound guidance catheter placed thrombolysis treatment of acute lower limbs 21 cases of deep vein thrombosis, analysis the clinical symptoms recovery, vein unobstructed score and the thrombolysis patency rate before and after. Results：21 cases are per- formed successfully completed, curative effect is distinct. Patients were followed up 6 months, there were no serious complica- tions. Conclusion ： Under the guidance of col- or doppler ultrasound underneath tube fibrinolytic therapy acute lower limb deep vein thrombosis, as a new minimally invasive technology, has good curative effect, no recent radioactive damage, price is low wait for an advantage, especially suitable for clinicaltreatment of the promotion.
