通过77例小儿肺炎合并心衰临床观察及护理体会,指出小儿肺炎发病急、变化快、特别合并心衰的患儿,应重点观察1周岁以内的支气管肺炎合并心衰者,应严密观察病情变化,以早期诊断及时治疗,妥善护理来提高治愈率。
