上消化道出血患者75例的内科护理

目的:探讨上消化道出血患者的有效护理方法和护理途径。方法:对75例上消化道出血患者在出血期间进行临床观察,实施急救护理、一般护理、输血期间护理、饮食护理、心理护理。结果:通过密切监视,及时给药,做好饮食、心理护理,75例患者取得了良好的护理和治疗效果。结论:做好出血期观察与护理,注意出院的健康指导,密切配合医生积极进行抢救,能够明显提高护理质量及抢救成功率。

Objective：To investigate the upper gastrointestinal bleeding in patients with effective nursing method and nursing way. Methods：75 cases of patients with hemor- rhage of upper digestive tract in bleeding during clinical observation,first aid nursing, general nursing, nursing, diet nursing care during transfusion, psychological nursing. Results ： through close monitoring, timely delivery,good diet, psychological nursing, 75 patients obtained good effects of treatment and nursing. Conclusion： good hemorrhage observation and care, attention to the discharged health guidance, closely cooperate with doctors actively for rescue, can significantly improve the quality of nursing care and the rate of successful rescue.
