摘要
目的:深入分析综合性医院当中普通外科的工作环境、高风险的氛围、超负荷的工作量,导致护士出现的心理变化,并由此而产生巨大的心理压力。方法:在日常护理管理工作中进行细致观察,注意和普通外科护士交往过程中对方所流露出来负面情绪,针对护士工作中存在的主动服务意识不够的问题,采取正面灌输与激励的方法,强化护理人员教育,积极提高其自身修养,加强岗前培训,尽可能地提高合同护士的工资待遇,以调动她们的工作积极性与主动性。结果:通过采取有针对性的应对措施,能够有效提高普通外科护士对这一职业压力的适应能力,从而调整好心态,积极维护自身心理健康。结论:针对影响普通外科护理人员心理压力的因素展开讨论,并实施一些促进护士缓解心理压力的措施,具有良好的效果。
Objective：Deeply analyse the general surgery work - environment, high - risk factor, work overload among the general hospital,which resulting in the nurses psychological changes occurring, and an enormous psychological pressure. Method： Carefully observe in the daily management of the nursing , and pay attention to the negative e- motions showing in interacting with the general surgical nurses. To promote the active service in nurse working, mobilize their en- thusiasm for work , educate and encourage were taken, and strengthening nursing staff education, and actively improve their Self- cultivation, strengthen pre -service train- ing, as much as possible to improve the wa- ges of contract nurses. Results： By taking a targeted response, effectively improving the general surgical nurses ~s ability in adapting the occupational stress , adjust their attitude, and actively safeguard their own men-tal health. Conclusion ：To discussing the factors which impacting the nurses in the general surgery , promoting the implementation of a number of measures to ease the psycho- logical pressure of nurses has good results.
