摘要
目的:分析无创正压通气(NPPV)治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重期合并呼吸衰竭的临床效果。方法:收治COPD急性加重期合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者32例,随机分为标准治疗组16例和NPPV治疗组16例,血气指标变化及住院病程。结果:NPPV组治疗24小时后HR、RR、血气指标明显改善,NPPV组住院病程缩短。结论:NPPV治疗可明显改善COPD急性加重期合并呼吸衰竭患者的HR、RR、PaO2、PaCO2,可缩短住院时间,疗效显著。
