摘要
目的:研究窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)治疗白癜风患者前后,其外周血Th1/Th2的水平变化,观察NB-UVB治疗白癜风的可能机制。方法:临床选取40例白癜风患者,ELISA方法检测所有患者治疗前后外周血IL-10、IFN-γ水平,同时选取34例正常对照组,检测其外周血IL-10、IFN-γ水平。结果:各组之间IFN-γ水平无统计学差异,未经治疗的白癜风患者外周血IL-10水平相比正常对照组显著增高,有显著差异(P<0.01),治疗后明显降低,与治疗前有显著统计学差异(P<0.01),而与正常对照组无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:白癜风患者外周血Th1/Th2平衡被打破,偏向Th2,NB-UVB治疗有助于恢复其平衡。
Objective:To study the level of Th1/Th2 cytokine in peripheral blood of patients with vitiligo,and to observe the possible mechanism of NB-UVB for vitiligo therapy.Methods:The level of IFN-γ and IL-10 in peripheral blood from 40 vitiligo patients and 34 normal control group were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.Results:The levels of IFN-γshowed no differences between each group(P>0.05).The level of IL-10 in vitiligo patients was higher than that in control group(P<0.01).After NB-UVB therapy,he level of IL-10 in vitiligo patients was lower than that in patients before therapy(P<0.01)and showed no differences with that in control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Th2 cytokine prevailed in vitiligo patients and involved in the pathogenesis of vitiligo.NB-UVB therapy can restore the Th1/Th2 balance.
