蓝科肤宁治疗日光性皮炎的临床观察

目的:探讨蓝科肤宁治疗日光性皮炎的疗效。方法:收治100例患者,随机分为两组,对照组50例,应用抗组胺药非索非那定60mg,2次/日,口服;马来酸氯苯那敏4～8mg,3次/日,口服;同时配合服用维生素C及复合维生素B。治疗组50例采用蓝科肤宁湿敷,每次20分钟,2次/日,疗程均为1周。结果:治疗组有效率为92%,显著高于对照组(66%),且无明显不良反应。结论:蓝科肤宁治疗日光性皮炎的疗效显著,安全性高。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of velvetfeeling for the treatment of the patients with solar dermatitis.Methods:100 patients from our hospital in June 2010 to July 2011 were randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group was treated with fexofenadine 60mg 2 times a day,chlorphenamine maleate 4～8mg a day,vitamin C and B.The treatment group(50 cases) was treated with velvefeeling hydropathic compress for 20 min each time twice daily combined with control group treatment.The total course of treatment was 1 weeks.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92% and that of the control group was 66% with significant difference.No significant adverse effects were observed.Conclusion:Velvetfeeling may be a safe and effective treatment option for the patients with solar dermatitis.
