松针点灸治疗典型偏头痛的疗效观察及对患者脑电地形图的影响

Clinical Efficacy of Pine Needle Fire in Treating Typical Migraine And Its Influence on BEAM

目的探讨松针点灸治疗典型偏头痛的临床疗效及对患者脑电地形图(BEAM)的影响。方法将27例典型偏头痛患者随机分为观察组14例和对照组13例。观察组采用松针点灸治疗,对照组给予口服盐酸氟桂利嗪和谷维素,对比观察临床疗效及患者异常脑电地形图的变化。结果①观察组完全缓解7例(50%),部分缓解5例(35.71%),总有效率为85.71%;对照组完全缓解为0例,部分缓解5例(38.46%),总有效率为38.46%;两组完全缓解率及总有效率比较,差异均有显著性差异(P<0.01);②观察组治疗后异常脑电地形图改善率为87.5%,而对照组为14.29%,两组比较差异有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论松针点灸对典型偏头痛有较好的缓解作用,可明显改善典型偏头痛患者异常脑电地形图。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Pine Needle Fire in treating typical migraine and its influence on Brain Electrical Activity Mapping（BEAM）.Methods 27 patients with typical migraine were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group（14 cases） and control group（13cases）.Pine Needle Fire was given to the treatment group while Flunarizine and Oryzanol to the control group orally.And then clinical efficacies and the changes of anomalous BEAMs were compared in both groups.Results 1） In the treatment group,7 cases got CR（complete remission,50%）,6 PR（partial remission,35.71%） and the total effective rate was 85.71%.In the control group,none got CR,6 PR（38.46%） and the total effective rate was 38.46%.There were significantly statistical differences between the two groups in CR rate and total effective rate（P0.01）;2） After treatment,the rate of improvement in BEAM was 87.5% in the treatment group and 14.29% in the control group,which showed significant difference between them.Conclusions The therapy of Pine Needle Fire is effective for typical migraine and could improve anomalous BEAM.
