尿液脱落细胞端粒酶活性测定在膀胱癌术后复发监测中的应用

Value of Telomerase Activity in Exfoliated Cells in Urine in Diagnosis of Postoperative Recurrence of Bladder Cancer

目的探讨尿液脱落细胞端粒酶活性测定在膀胱癌术后复发监测中的价值。方法定期收集60例膀胱癌患者术后3年的尿液,采用PCR-ELISA法检测尿液中脱落细胞端粒酶活性,用以指导膀胱镜检查并确定诊断。结果14例患者的尿液脱落细胞端粒酶活性呈阳性,其中10例确诊复发;而2例复发的患者端粒酶活性呈阴性,尿液脱落细胞端粒酶活性在膀胱癌术后患者中的敏感性和特异性分别为80.0%和87.5%。结论尿液脱落细胞端粒酶活性测定是膀胱癌术后复发检查中的有效手段,可指导有针对性的膀胱镜检查。

Objective To explore the value of telomerase activity in exfoliated cells in urine in the diagnosis of postoperative recurrence of. Methods The urines of 60 patients who have undergone the bladder cancer surgery treatment were collected and the telomerase activity was analyzed by using polymerase chain reaction-enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（PCR-ELISA）. The results of cystoehromoseopy were compared. Results The telomerase activity was positive in 14 cases,in which 10 cases recurred bladder cancer. The sensitivity and specificity of telomerase activity in urine exfoliated cells were 80% and 87. 5%. Conclusion PCR-ELISA assay to detect telomerase activity in urine exfoliated cells is a useful methods in the diagnosis of post- operative recurrence of bladder cancer.
