中西医结合治疗蝮蛇咬伤的疗效观察

Curative Effect of Integration of Traditional and Western Medicine on Agkistrodon Halys Bite

目的探讨医院自制的蝮蛇咬伤中草药与抗蛇毒血清联用治疗蝮蛇咬伤的疗效情况。方法收集蝮蛇咬伤患者,将患者随机分成两组,一组165名患者单独使用医院自制的蝮蛇咬伤中草药治疗,另一组329名患者联合运用抗蛇毒血清治疗蝮蛇咬伤。分别观察两组治疗后5 d患者肾功能恢复正常和异常情况以及观察3 d之内和3 d之后患者局部肿势消退情况。结果中草药加用抗蛇毒血清治疗蝮蛇咬伤患者5 d后,肾功能恢复正常占73.79%,仍旧异常人数占26.21%;单独使用中成药治疗5 d肾功能恢复正常为54.29%,异常率为45.71%(P<0.05)。中草药加用抗蛇毒血清治疗蝮蛇咬伤患者3 d后肿胀消退率78.12%,而单独使用中成药3 d内肿胀消退率55.76%(P<0.01)。结论中草药治疗与抗蛇毒血清联合运用治疗蝮蛇咬伤明显优于单独中成药治疗。

Objective To discuss the curative effect of selfmade Chinese herbal medicine combined with agkistrodon halys antivenin on agkistrodon halys bite. Methods The patients bit by agkistrodon halys were selected and randomly divided into two groups. 165 patients in one group were treated with selfmade Chinese herbal medicine, while 329 patients in the other group with combined selfmade Chinese herbal medicine and agkistrodon halys antivenin. The renal function of the two groups was observed 5 days after the treatments,and local detumescence of wound in 3 days or more was recorded. Results Among the patients with combined therapy, the normal rate of renal function after 5 days was 73.79%, and abnormal rate was 26.21%. Among the pa tients only with solo Chinese patent drug,the normal rate of renal function after 5 days was 54.29% ,and the abnormal rate was 45.71% （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The rate of local detumescence among the patients with combined therapy after 3 days was 78.12%, while among the patients with solo Chinese patent drug in 3 days was 55.76% （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The treatment effect of com bined traditional Chinese herbal medicine with agkistrodon halys antivenin is apparently better than that of solo Chinese patent drut.T.
