护生实习末期心理压力的调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis of Nursing Students' Mental Stress in Terminal Practice

目的调查分析护生在实习末期的心理压力来源,提出相应的对策。方法采用问卷调查法,对在广州医学院第一附属医院于2010年6月-2011年4月期间实习的73名护生进行13个方面的问卷调查,调查问卷的Cronbachα系数为0.758。问卷于实习末期即2011年3月底发给护生,收集数据作统计学分析。结果发现本地生与外地生存在不同程度的心理压力,尤其是担心适应不了实习病区的工作环境,担心因无经济收入而增加家庭的负担,担心其他问题等心理压力在两组间差异有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。结论护生在实习末期存在不同程度的心理压力而导致她们出现一系列异常的行为和表现。因此在实习末期应该加强人文关怀、价值观、就业应对等方面的心理辅导,尤其是本地护生,使学生能顺利完成实习任务。

Objective To investigate and analyze source which were nursing students＇ mental stress in terminal practice, and to raise corresponding strategy. Methods Questionnaire was used to examine seventy three nursing students who practiced in our hospital from June 2010 to April 2011, thirteen directions＇ problems were concerned. The questionnaire＇ s Cronbach ct co efficient was 0.758. Questionnaire was given to nursing students in terminal practice that in March 2011, data was collected and analyzed with statistics. Results It showed that different degree＇ s mental stress existed among nursing students between this lo cality and other locality,above all （1）to worry about that not to adapt work environment of praetieeg endemic area,（2）to worry a bout that because of no economy income and increase burden of family,（3）to worry about other questions and so on, mental stress had significant difference between groups（P 〈 0.05 ）, which had statistical significance. Conclusion Nursing students had dif ferent degree＇ s mental stress in terminal practice, which resulted in emerge of a series of abnormality behavior and appearance. In order to complete the mission of practice successfully, above all local nursing students ; humanistic care, value concept, employ ment response and so on psycho＇ s guidance in terminal practice, must be strengthened.
