高年资护士核心能力的现状调查与培养 被引量:9

摘要 目的调查分析在广州市呼吸疾病研究所普通病房临床工作中高年资护士的核心能力现状,并制定相应的培养方案,提高护理工作质量。方法通过理论测试、操作实践能力考试、护理查房、小讲课、评判性思维能力和科研能力的评估,对呼吸科普通病房高年资护士进行核心能力的现状调查,数据采用百分比描述性统计方法。根据调查结果,分析高年资护士核心能力现状的优势及弱势,制定针对性的培养方案。结果高年资护士核心能力总体处于中等水平,理论及操作实践能力较高,需要加强护理查房和小讲课技巧的培养,评判性思维能力及科研能力较低,特别是分析能力及求知欲有待提高和培养。结论高年资护士核心能力处于中等水平,需加强培养,尤其重视对评判性思维和科研能力的培养。 Objective To investigate and analyze the core competence of senior nurse in Guangzhou Respiratory Disease In stitute and to make an appropriate program to enhance the quality of nursing work. Methods Through the assessment of theory test, practice examination, nursing rounds, teaching, critical thinking ability and scientific research ability, the score competence of senior nurse was investigated and analyzed. The data was analyzed with percentage statistical method. With the result of the core competence, an appropriate program was made. Results The core competence of senior nurses was in the middle level. The theo ry and practice ability are higher. It was needed to strengthen the ability of nursing rounds and teaching. The critical thinking abil ity and scientific research ability both were low. Especially the analysis ability and the desire to knowledge were needed to rise. Conclusion The core competence of senior nurses was in the middle level It was necessary to cultivate the core competence of senior nurses, especially the critical thinking ability and the scientific research ability.
