社区肿瘤患病情况分析及预防

Analysis of Prevalence of Malignant Tumors in Staff Members from a Community

目的探讨某社区肿瘤的患病情况,以提高人们对肿瘤的认识,做好肿瘤的预防。方法在2010年社区肿瘤患者109人中,分别在肿瘤发生部位、患者年龄段等方面进行分析。结果肿瘤患病前三位为乳腺癌、直肠癌和结肠癌,分别占25.69%、11.93%和9.17%;患病前三位年龄组分别是70～79岁、60～69岁和50～59岁,分别占38.53%、29.36%和16.51%。结论肿瘤的发病涉及多种因素,可分为行为及生活方式、环境理化因素、社会心理因素、药物因素、职业因素、病毒因素六类。做好病因预防,对高危人群普及健康教育知识,合理使用医药用品,切勿滥用药物及放射线,消除职业致癌因素,加强劳动保护,做好肿瘤防治,提高肿瘤的诊治水平,改善预后,提高生存率。

Objective To investigate the prevalence of malignant in patients from a community,in hopes of improving the un derstanding of tumors and making good preparations. Methods One hundred and nine patients from the community in 2010 were enrolled in this study. The tumor location, age groups of patients and other index were analyzed. Results The top three malignant tumors were breast cancer, rectal cancer and colon cancer, accounted for 25.69%, 11.93% and 9. 17%, respectively. The top three age periods were 70 to 79 years old, 60 to 69 years old and 50 to 59 years old, accounted for 38.53%, 29.36% and 16.51%, respectively. Conclusion Tumors were derived from many factors, such as behavior and lifestyle, environmental fac tors, psychosocial factors, medical factors, professional factors, viral factors. In order to minimize the occurrence of the tumors and maximize the survival rate of the patients,it is very imlortant to avoid risk factors, popularize the health education knowledge in the high risk group, use of medical supplies reasonably, make sure that medications and radioactive rays are never abused, elimi nate the professional factors that can cause the cancer, strengthen labor protection, enhance the prevention and treatment of tumors, improve the diagnosis level, improve prognosis and increase the survival rate.
