基于工作过程的康复治疗技术专业实践教学模式的探索

Study of Practice Education Pattern in Rehabilitation Therapy Specialty Based on the Working Process

进入21世纪后,国内康复医学发展迅猛,康复治疗师的社会需求与日俱增,如何保证人才培养质量,为康复医学的发展提供人员保障,是康复医学教育者面临的严峻考验。本文笔者结合学院康复治疗技术专业推行基于工作过程的实践教学模式的教学改革实践,通过对近3年毕业生职业岗位群进行分析,明确本专业毕业生主要就业岗位。邀请岗位一线治疗师,进行本专业工作任务及职业能力分析,构建以能力培养为导向的能力本位课程体系。并按职业岗位工作流程来组织实践课程教学活动,采用"边学边练、讲练结合、学做合一、理实一体"教学方式,并通过加强校内外实践教学基地建设,让学生在仿真的实训环境下按照职业岗位对职业能力的要求,进行专业技能的训练和职业规范、职业素养的养成教育,取得良好效果。

As 21 century comes,rehabilitation medicine developed rapidly in China, and the social demand of rehabilitation therapist grew with each passing day. So,it＇ s a severe test to guarantee the quality of talent cultivation and to provide personal protection for the development of rehabilitation medicine to rehabilitation medicine educator. Considering the teaching reform of Practice Education Pattern based on the working process in rehabilitation therapy specialty of Suzhou Health College, and combi- ning the analysis of position of graduates in the passed 3 years, the article author made the major position for graduates in rehabili- tation therapy specialty clear. Inviting rehabilitation therapists working in hospital, we gathered together, to analyze work task and occupation ability, to construct a curriculum system directing by ability training, and to construct ability oriented curriculum sys- tem. Organizing practice course by the work flow of position, using a teaching mode of ＂learning while training, practicing while teaching, combining study and practice,integrating theory and practice＂, strengthening the construction of practice teaching base inside and outside school,then our students can be trained for professional skills, get nurturance education of occupation standard arid accomplishment in a simulation environment according to the occupation ability requirements. And we made good results.
