摘要
为了评价机电产品的绿色性能,根据绿色产品的特征,提出应用面向产品全生命周期的模糊层次分析法对机电产品进行绿色度综合评价。统筹考虑机电产品整个生命周期中的绿色属性,根据产品及其评价指标的层次特性,应用层次分析方法建立递阶层次结构模型,结合模糊评判法对产品的"绿色"特性进行评价,并以此作为产品的方案比较或进行绿色设计和绿色制造的决策依据。实例证明,采用模糊层次分析法对机电产品进行绿色度综合评价是合理可行的。
In order to evaluate the green performance of electromechanical products, according to the characteristics of the electromechanical products, FAHP (Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process)was presented to evaluate the comprehensive green degree of the electromechanical products. Overall consideration for greenness of products in fitll life cycle, according to the characteristics of evaluation index, the hierarchy model was established by the AHP method, the green performance evaluation was done by the fuzzy evaluation method, which is the decision basis to green design and green manufacturing.The green performance of electromechanical products evaluated by the FAHP method was proved to be reasonable and feasible in examples.
