电脑机箱结构的模态分析

摘要 目的:借助计算模态分析,对电脑机箱进行动态特性研究。方法:在Solidworks中建立机箱主承重板和CPU风扇的三维模型,运用有限元软件Cosmosworks进行网格划分,建立有限元模型,进行模态求解。结果:得到承重板和CPU风扇的前5阶固有频率和振型,为电脑机箱减震降噪,改进结构参数提供参考依据。结论:CAD/CAE技术有助于对已有结构系统进行识别、分析和评价,从中找出结构系统在动态性能上存在的问题,是产品合理设计,结构参数优化的一种有效方法,对于设计工作中提升产品性能、提高设计效率起到了积极的推动作用。 Objective the study on dynamic characteristic of computer case was performed with theoretic modal analysis. Methods the 3D solid model of load beating board of computer case and CPU fan were formed in Solidworks, which were imported in Cosmosworks for meshing. At last modal resolution was obtained. Result based on the intrinsic frequency and the vibration modal, structure parameters of computer case was improved, which reduced vibration and noise. Conclusion With CAD/CAE technology, structure system can be analyzed and evaluated , which helps to solve dynamic performance problems of product. It's positive in improving product performance and increasing design efficiency.
